I’m a qualified counsellor (MNCPS Accred.) offering professional 
counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, alcohol problems, addiction, stress, and 
emotional difficulties.

I provide a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on in your life and begin to make meaningful change.

Taking the first step into counselling can feel difficult, and it often takes courage to reach out. I’m here to support you through that process.

My approach to therapy draws upon:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential and Gestalt 
theory which enables us to tailor our work to you as a unique individual.

Together, we will explore unhelpful patterns, improve emotional wellbeing, and move toward a more 
balanced and fulfilling life.

I am well experienced at supporting 
clients with a range of issues,

I’m a qualified counsellor with more than 20 years of experience as a Mental Health Nurse, working across a range of NHS and private settings including the Priory Group. 

My practice is built on compassion, trust, and collaboration, ensuring you feel truly heard and supported every step of the way.

My counselling approach is Integrative, drawing on a variety of proven therapeutic traditions. Rooted in Person-Centred Theory, my work is also informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic principles, Transactional Analysis, and Inner Child work. 

I will tailor my support to your unique needs, creating a safe and empowering space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours - and, most importantly, to help you make meaningful, lasting change.

I look forward to arranging your first session, hearing your story and working towards a more fulfilling life.
