How Can I Help

Common Issues I Help With

Seeking support is a meaningful step, and many people come to counselling when they’re finding life overwhelming, confusing or painful. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and explore what you’re experiencing.
Here are some of the issues I commonly help clients work through:

Anxiety & Worry

Many people struggle with ongoing anxiety, racing thoughts or panic. Together, we can explore what’s driving these feelings and help you develop tools to manage anxiety with more confidence and ease.

Stress & Burnout

Work, relationships, family pressures and life changes can all build up over time. Counselling can help you recognise your limits, understand your needs and find ways to restore balance.

Low Mood & Depression

If you feel stuck, hopeless or disconnected from yourself or others, you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy offers a space to understand what’s beneath these feelings and begin moving toward relief and renewed meaning.

Grief & Loss

Loss affects everyone differently. Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve been carrying for a while, I offer gentle, supportive space to talk, remember and process at your own pace.

Relationship Difficulties

Relationship challenges can leave you feeling confused, hurt or uncertain about next steps. Counselling can help you make sense of what’s happening, improve communication, and understand your own needs better.

Life Transitions

Life changes—such as parenthood, career shifts, health changes or separation—can stir up worry, uncertainty or identity questions. Therapy can help you navigate these transitions with more clarity and confidence.

 How Counselling Can Help

My approach is warm, calm and person-centred and I am able to draw upon CBT, Gestalt and Inner Child Theory. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely and at your own pace.
Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional relief and long-term wellbeing.

If you’re unsure whether counselling is right for what you’re facing, you’re welcome to get in touch—I'm always happy to talk through how I can support you.
